Warranty Policy

  1. Power Box must be stored and used at optimum temperature
  2. Do not use Power Box nearby the high temperature heat source, such as fire, heater and other heat emitting equipment
  3. Do not expose the power box directly to the sun light or moisture area.
  4. Keep the product safe from water.
  5. Do not disassemble the battery pack inside; do not open Power Box or tamper with security seal
  6. Do not discharge Power Box below 80% of its total capacity
  7. To claim the warranty, customer has to fill out the form of policy & register the product on SSTPL website within 15 days of purchase of the product.
  8. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  9. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  10. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
  11. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to exchange only according to Company Policy.
  12. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
  13. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
  14. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms & Conditions and any policies or operating rules written in this manual/ posted by us on website or in respect to the Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms & Conditions).
  16. Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall not be construed against the drafting party.
  17. Company has zero return policy.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Standard Warranty + Extended warranty of the product is 2+1+1 years.
  2. Warranty is applicable on the following parts: internal electronics, internal wiring, cells, BMS
  3. Warranty is not applicable on the following parts: cover, inverter, UPS, external cables, external switches and other components.
  4. Onsite service and support will only be available in regions where Authorized Service Centres are present.
  5. The warranty is kept uniquely to the primary acquisition of the machine and is non-adaptable.
  6. The Warranty period (both Standard Warranty Period and Extended Warranty Period) begins from the date of acquisition of the machine.
  7. The warranty covers just manufacturing deformity in material and workmanship that may emerge notwithstanding ordinary activity and use of the apparatus, as endorsed in the working manual.
  8. Repair, installations and evacuation of the machine will be completed only by an Authorized Service Personnel, else this warranty will be void.
  9. In the function of progress of address, the new location will be informed to the Company/Authorized Service Center on the given email.
  10. Repairs and substitutions of parts would be absolutely at the attentiveness of the Authorized Service Personnel as it were. The organization’s commitment under this warranty will be restricted to fix and giving substitution of blemished parts as it were. It is thusly explained that after the completion of Standard Warranty Period, visiting charges will be pertinent for all visits and a similar will be borne by the client in the event that AMC isn’t bought. In the Standard Warranty and Extended Warranty time frame, on the off chance that the machine should be moved to the Authorized Service Center for fix, the transportation charges from and to the spot of establishment will be borne by the client.
  11. The client will give a sensible, adequate and safe working space to get to the apparatuses for administration. The client is at risk to furnish a proper area with power for utilization of the apparatus (as it is attachment and Play arrangement) and furthermore for its testing.
  12. In case fix can’t be finished nearby, the organization maintains all authority to convey the machine to its Authorized Service Center and return the equivalent after fix.
  13. In instance of apparatuses introduced past metropolitan restrictions of the purview of organization’s Authorized Service Center, all costs caused in transportation of the machine or parts thereof from and to the organization’s Authorized Service Center, just as costs brought about on deputing of administration faculty/specialist towards movement and other coincidental costs, will be borne by the client.
  14. The organization will be under no commitment or considered to be in default for any postponement or disappointment in execution coming about because of causes past its sensible control (for example strikes, floods, quakes and so forth) including however not restricted to postpone in adjusting due to non-accessibility of extra parts and/or adornments.
  15. The warranty commences from the date of sale to the end user or channel partner, if tax invoice copy and original W/Card is provided. Provided it is sold to end user within 3 months from the company’s invoice date.
  16. Batteries are warranted against all manufacturing defects only. Consequential liabilities will not be entertained. However, reduction in backup time is not a manufacturing defect and is caused due to usage conditions. Hence, battery cannot be replaced for low backup time.
  17. The completely filled original warranty card, along with a copy of cash memo/bill, must accompany all claims arising with the warranty period. Tampering or overwriting of battery serial number of warranty card will invalidate this battery claim.
  18. In the event of any complaint, the battery must be returned un-tampered and should be submitted to the nearest authorized company’s business partner/dealer/service centre for battery adjudication and subsequent replacement if found faulty owing to manufacturing defect.
  19. The final right to determine whether or not the battery needs repairs, rectification or free replacement rests with the company.
  20. The defective battery being replaced will become the property of the company and no scrap rebate will be given for it.
  21. All liabilities under this warranty shall cease if the battery is transferred to a third party of any other application.
  22. The warranty will not be applicable in the condition of damaged, bulged, burst, worn out and/or burnt battery.
  23. If the damage to the battery is caused by accident, fire faulty electrical system, improper handling, terminals damage, service of the battery by an unauthorized dealer and incomplete service record on warranty card, then the warranty will be nullified.
  24. All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of civil courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat
  25. Consumer is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these conditions at the time of purchase.
  26. In case of any consequential damage due to the product, the company or its brand ambassador shall not be liable to make good the losses so incurred to any person or property and the company shall at all times stay indemnified by the customer.

Warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases

  1. The warranty does not cover any consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly as a result of appliance failure, breakdown, or accident or usage of the Appliance not in accordance with the operating manual.
  2. If the Appliance has been subjected to improper use, misused, not cared for, abnormal use, exposure to dampness, heat, humidity and other extreme environmental conditions, corrosion, damage beyond repair, rusting, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, accident, alteration, acts of God, spillage of liquid or food particles, faulty electric wiring/ cabling, abnormal voltage/ power supply beyond appliance specifications, damage/ breakage/ nonfunctioning of appliance due to rodents, rats, cockroaches and ants etc.
  3. The warranty does not cover consumables, normal wear & tear parts, plastic, glass and/ or rubber parts, non-operational parts and related accessories.
  4. If repair work is carried out by persons other than Authorized Service Personnel.
  5. Damage to the appliance or any part(s) due to transportation or shifting or arising out of improper storage of the appliance at the Customer’s premises.
  6. Failure to commission the Product within twelve (12) months from the date of the Companys commercial invoice.
  7. If the Product has been commissioned and shut down or depowered for a period in excess of twelve (12) months.
  8. Improper use or non-compliance with installation, commissioning, operation or maintenance instructions (e.g., the Owners Guide, the Installation Guide),
  9. Unauthorized commissioning, modifications, changes or attempted repairs.
  10. Vandalism or destruction through external influences including damages caused by persons or animals.
  11. Use in an unsuitable environment, including any environment or location that causes excessive wear and tear or that is difficult or unsafe for companys representatives to access.
  12. Installation in a corrosive environment including, for example, an environment in which the Product is exposed to acid rain, hydrogen sulfide or excessive salt in the air (except for any such exposure to environmental conditions that Your Product was specifically designed to withstand as indicated in the applicable specifications for Your Product).
  13. Failure to observe applicable safety standards and regulations.
  14. Damages during transportation or storage.
  15. Force majeure, examples include, but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquakes, storm damage, overvoltage and lightning strikes.
  16. Exposure to fire, water, snow, moisture, or liquid ingress or sand (except for any such exposure to environmental conditions that Your Product was specifically designed to withstand as indicated in the applicable specifications for Your Product).
  17. Consumable components of any type are not covered by this Contractual Warranty, including but not limited to fuses, and surge arrestors.
  18. All liabilities under this Warranty shall cease if the Battery is (a) Transferred to any other party other than the original purchaser. (b) Used in any application other than that for Inverter/ Home UPS. (c) Out of Warranty Period.
